Hirsch Summary
May a Jew leave grafted trees in a garden he purchased from a non-Jew? How would the situation be if the garden were only rented? Jacob b. Salomon de Meza explains that grafting is prohibited by Noahide laws, therefore, in a critical situation, the Jew must uproot the trees. In the second scenario, he may not use the garden as long as the grafted tree stands. See reference number 367.
