Hirsch Summary
A gave money to B and tasked him with buying a specific dress at the market. B went to C, told him that he should buy the dress for A, named him the half amount, and paid it to him when he agreed on the price. Later, C learned the true nature of the task and demanded the full amount. Abraham ben David Fidanque decides that the assignment and purchase are void because the agent arbitrarily altered his task and because C apparently intended to overcharge the buyer.
