Based on the Schulchan Aruch, it is asked whether the provision that if someone finds Tefillin on the street on the Sabbath, they should put them on in pairs and bring them home applies only to Tefillin according to Rashi's specification or also to those according to Rabbenu Tam. Can someone who wears both types daily put on one pair of each in such a case? Moses ben David Rodrigues Lopes decides that the mentioned provision applies to both types; however, each person may only put on one pair.
