Hirsch Summary
A, B, and C collectively borrowed 300 guilders from D. The loan document stated that they were jointly liable. When A died, D demanded the entire sum from B, while B was only willing to pay one-third for himself and one-sixth as half of A's share, especially since C stated that he would only pay one-third. Jacob Tobar [!] decides that B must pay the entire sum, while C must reimburse him for half. See No. 318.
