Hirsch Summary
Can the heirs of A, who jointly operated a business with B, demand an oath from B that he never misappropriated anything? Salomon Jessurun decides that the heirs of B can only demand an oath from B that he did not steal from them. A more extensive oath covering the time of A's father is only available to minor children.
