Hirsch Summary
A fled his residence leaving behind a large debt. After some time, he had his wife and children come after him. B moved into a house that belonged to A and was vacated by the wife when she left. He had been living there for nine years when, after A's death, his widow and children returned and demanded the house. The widow admitted that B might have the right of possession (????) against her, but she argued that B could not claim it against the orphans as they had been young nine years ago. Joseph Piza decides in favor of B.
