Hirsch Summary
A silversmith sent his two assistants to his supplier to fetch four pounds of silver and one pound of gold. When they brought the metal, he did not weigh it. Afterwards, one pound of silver and a quarter pound of gold were missing from the finished items. Moses ben Samuel Izrael ordered the silversmith to pay the supplier the full delivery. Cf.
