Hirsch Summary
A, who lived in a Spanish city, engaged his daughter to B, who lived in France. A relocated to France. According to the agreement, B was supposed to bear the moving expenses of A, his daughter, and his household. The expenses amounted to 100 guilders, as A had previously informed B. Later, B gave A money to trade with. When A and B reconciled the first time, A wanted to withhold 100 guilders for the moving expenses. B argued that he should have done that at the beginning of the business. Moses ben Israel does not find this objection justified.
