Hirsch Summary
A man left behind a son and four daughters. The son managed the family's wealth. He gave each of the two older sisters a tenth of the paternal estate as a dowry. However, due to financial decline, he couldn't provide dowries for the two younger sisters, and they remained unmarried. Many years later, the brother, who had also remained unmarried, regained his wealth. His sisters inherited from him. The two younger sisters now wanted an advance of one-tenth each. Doctor David ben Jacob de Meza ruled that all four sisters should inherit equally.
