Hirsch Summary
A nine-year-old boy, who was in possession of a substantial paternal fortune, bequeathed his wealth to a friend in his will. The will was executed with two witnesses but without involving his guardian. The boy's legal heirs contested the will. Juda Piza upheld their challenge. See reference 75.
