Hirsch Summary
A Jew had two non-Jewish partners. One of them bought and sold goods without the Jew's knowledge, and once with his knowledge, merchandise that was forbidden by Torah for consumption, such as unclean fish. According to the decision of Abraham Fernandez, the Jew may keep the profit from the first transaction, but accepting the profit from the second one is prohibited.
