Hirsch Summary
An inquiry arises about whether one should repeat the blessing if they have already held the head Tefillin over their head, both in the case of speaking or in the case of not saying anything but thinking for a moment about removing the Tefillin. Abraham ben David Fidanque deems repetition necessary in the first case but not in the second.
