Hirsch Summary
A gave B, who was traveling to Akko, a piece of crimson fabric to deliver to C. B stored it in his trunk on the ship. While the ship stopped at an island to get fresh water, B accompanied the captain. Meanwhile, the ship was attacked by robbers, the crew was overpowered, and the ship was plundered-including B's trunk. A held B responsible for the loss, claiming that B should not have left the ship. Isaak ben Jacob Henriquez Faro dismissed the claim. Refer to source 749.
