Hirsch Summary
A and B had an indefinite partnership. The contract explicitly stated that any profit, including findings, would fall under the partnership. A earned a significant amount at great personal risk. During the next settlement, B did not claim their share of this profit. However, B's heirs demanded their share after B's death. A refused to share the profit, arguing that he had earned it through his efforts. Meir ben Abraham Hakohen Alfasi sided with the heirs.
