<text>A woman bought a chicken and the seller brought it to her house, to open it up, and remove the innards. And he also had with him innards from other chickens which he already cleaned. And after he left the innards of the chicken in the kitchen, next to the chicken, he went on his way. And when the woman wanted to take the chicken liver to prepare it properly to be eaten, she found two livers sitting there. She then she went and asked the seller if he had encountered any non-kosher chickens, and he answered that none were found in the last 8 days. And the woman was happy to hear, but nevertheless she no longer wanted to prepare the livers, because she had to inquire about them, and she also instructed her servant not to prepare them. And the servant salted the chicken properly, and cooked it in the pot, with soup. And from the fat that floated to the top of the pot she took some to mix into the dough for making cake. And in the evening when they were cutting the cake to eat it they found in it a piece of liver, and the woman became very frightened and went to the kitchen to ask her Jewish master what to do.</text>
