After the community administration had already taken possession of the estate - after three months - the wife realized that she was pregnant. If the estate itself, even if only in part - after payment of the ketubah - had fallen to the community, the child would have received only the remainder, but if this were not sufficient for his livelihood, he would have had a claim against the community for the tithes.
